I highly recommend the Moving for Life program! After a major surgery and many months of immobility, my muscles weakened significantly. I was struggling before the surgery, but nothing prepared me for the struggle of regaining my ability to do simple movements like walking, climbing stairs, or standing easily from a seated position. I tried everything I could think of to regain my health alone. Typical exercise programs were too difficult. Although I was eating limited calories, I felt weak and couldn't move well or lose weight. That's when I made the best decision to join Moving for Life.
We sat down and discussed my short and long term fitness goals. Their focus was on what I CAN do, and a program was specifically designed for me. Even with previous shoulder and foot injuries, Kelly designed exercises that meet my needs. Within a couple of weeks, I was already feeling stronger and more motivated.
