Kelly Steer: MyGym Personal Trainer

A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your MyGym Trainer, I will identify your fitness goals and design a physical activity program specifically for you. Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. I’ve been helping clients in the Des Moines area with their fitness training since 2004. As a fully qualified and accredited Personal Trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits fitness brings to all areas of our lives.

Marcy Ostrander: Inspiration and Collaborator

My heaviest weight was 252 in 2007. Something sparked in me and I decided it was time to change. I joined a gym, worked out, ate well and got down to around 210 pounds all on my own. But as the years went on, I gained 30+ pounds. In December of 2017 I had weight loss surgery to help improve my health. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made! My energy level is through the roof and I’m a much happier person. It’s nice to walk into a room and feel confident in my appearance. Working with Kelly has helped me achieve my goals of being happy, healthy, and strong. Kelly can help you achieve your physical activity goals, keep you motivated and be with you on this journey. You don't have to go it alone!
